This picture looks like it has been taken on the West Hill.

That structure in the background is still there in some shape or form and the seasaw in the picture is still the grounds for a playground.

In the background you can see St. Mary's Terrace on the left,

Thanks for your reply! After your guess we looked into pictures of the baths and it does seem to be a very good match. It seems as though we're looking at the Gentlemen's baths. We found it hard to find a picture of the baths like this one, without the snow though. They were either from a distance o...

Where is this Picture taken in Hastings?
