New resident needs local info

After speakiing to partner she has suggested the Hastings Arms, Java Cafe (not the best coffee and food but comfortable and dog friendly). There are also a couple of very good Thai places that do do takeaway if you like Thai food!

Hi Welcome to Hastings! We use 1066 vets on Battle road for our pooch and moggie and have always found them to be good. Harold Road Surgery is ok, some GPs better than others. Hi Lola Canute Road does have some very nice houses and is at the top end of Clive Dale which is a nice area. You could get a bus to Hastings station from the end of the road or alternatively go from Ore station which would be an ok walk from there. I dont think Hughenden Road is too bad but when my...
