Thanks for the reply Geoff, we have a Sanyo (3 disc) stack system. It was given to us by my sister in law, and we use it mainly in the summer (for music in the garden) your right probably not worth the effort to get it repaired....cheers anyway.

Went to Whites on George Street which was pretty good (lunchtime menu, 2 courses for 12.50.). 13 pound for a bottle of house white (South African)....which was excellent.

Lived in Brighton (05-08) and whilst we enjoyed it while we were there wouldn't swap it for Hastings.

We moved down to Hastings, to St Helens Road, 3 years ago, attracted by the vibrancy of the town and the exciting changes that it is going through. Ever considered Clive Vale, very handy for the Old Town, though it's around a 20 min walk to Alexander Park?
