Re: road map of good and bad hastings

I live in a great Road but near a primary school and the one parent, one car, can't really drive, really...

Re: Fascists in Hastings

Its not the BNP you all should be looking at,its this government and its crazy immigration policies. The British people will never vote in any extremist party to power,we,despite, everything are very conservative about these things. However, when preference is given to immigrants and asylum seekers o...

Re: Twin Bin scheme.

I agree with Bigchris,I too shop as "friendly " as I can,I do use a supermarket for somethings though. I have always believed that this question of recycling should be lead from the top and not put all the onus on the already over burdened consumer. As for the towns twin bin scheme, its a joke,I live...

Re: The beach should be for all water users

As an angler, allbeit freshwater,I am sad to read about the behavior of some fishermen. I would have thought that the best place to fish from the beach would be along by rock n or and that it was not a place for too many other water sports as the water is usually deeper with little or no surf.A am al...

Re: what i think of my home town!!

Very romantic RC,but have we not moved on a few years since then? My "anger"is not of the town it's self but of the many morons that have governed her. Many times I have asked myself, why oh why have we not taken full advantage of our history in an adult and serious manner instead of relying on moder...

Re: The Castle Hotel

The Castle hotel was the second best in town,I worked there as a young waiter in 1957,it was then owned by the Shields family.During this time many Cricket teams stayed they, the West Indians,I can remember serving Sir Gary Sobers more than once.It had two dinning rooms, two bars and its own ballroom....
