Re: Im moving to farley bank soon_ _ __ _ __ _ __ _ _

Hiya, My child goes to Castledown primary and this is where I currently work. This school is a great place but of course I am biased in that opinion! It is in a deprived area but the staff genuinly love working here and really pull together to do the best they can for the school and it's pupils. Dud...

Hiya. I live in Farley Bank and though some small minded people look down upon people who live in this area it isn't actually that bad. I have lived here for 6 years now and have to say it has improved so much since I moved in. It is alot quieter and there is rarely any trouble down here. Unfortunat...

Re: Lost? school

The only school in priory road now is castledown primary school.
The original school was i believe used for some college courses but was turned into flats last year which is next to where castledown is situated.
hope this is of some use x

Re: where to party!

Hello there! That would be great if you could ask for me. I'll be seeing her next week so any names and numbers would great. Definately not posh hotel, I think they've left it quite late to book for alot of places and dont have bucketfuls of money, to be honest any suggestions would be good so I can...

where to party!

Hi all. I have a friend getting married towards the end of the year and she is looking for somewhere in the st.leonards area with a bar for the reception. She doesn't know the area too well for function rooms and such, so i thought i'd help out by asking on here. Also if anyone knows of anyone who d...

Re: Recycling in Schools

Same at Castledown. We throw loads of paper away, again i think it's down to costs. It is a shame when households are encouraged to recycle yet places such as schools are not. Maybe someone could write to the council about getting the charges reduced or cut all together. There are enough recycling t...

Re: move to hastings which roads areas should i avoid

Farley Banks' reputation is alot worse than the area actually is and even though i do live in the area i would suggest looking else where. The place is generally black listed and people do tend to look down on you when they hear Farley Bank. There are a lot of nice areas in the town, maybe you could...

Re: Moving to area.advice please,

Hi, i would definately say hastings is the place for you. It is very daunting moving to a new area but with all your interests i think you would settle very well here. There are plenty of places where you can get your art work shown plus the massage and reiki side of things would be welcomed to. The...

Re: road sweepers

yes the road sweepers must find it hilarious, watching us avoid the rubbish and the dog mess that's left on the pavements, perks of the job i suppose. Oh and yes 'Marina' you are a hotty, i know who you are!!!!!!!!! <!-- s:o --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_e_surprised.gif" alt=":o" title="Surprised...
