Thanx very much for reply. Does anyone else have any further advice regarding good areas? Theres a possibility of a house in Mews Rd St Leonards or right in the middle of Bexhill on the housing estate about half a kilometre from st peter and st paul c of e primary. Im finding it hard to get anywhere...
