Ran into Neil Ruddock at Cosmo's buffet the other night, apparently he lives in Battle!

Re: Can you have fun in Hastings?
Hi Kristina, My husband and I moved to Hastings in June and we think it's fun, but I guess it all depends on your definition of fun_ _ _we're homebodies, and I'm from the rural part of the States, so, it doesn't take much to impress me! That said, my husband lived in Brighton for awhile, absolutely ...

Lost cat
My husband and I recently moved to St Leonards, I from the states, he from Portsmouth, and one of our cats has gone missing. We got here on Wednesday the 14th of June, and she got out the window to the back garden on Saturday night the 17th. I brought her with me from the states, so everything is un...

Parking
We just moved to St Leonards in June, so pretty new to the area. We just got a car on Thursday and found it incredibly hard today to park near the Old Town in Hastings. Is there anywhere closer than the seafront car parks? All the on road parking seemed to be for permit holders only. Maybe we just d...

Charity shops
Hey there everyone, my husband and I are moving to Hastings in June(yay!), and since we're poor little young people who are just starting out, we're wondering if there are any charity shops in town that sell furniture? Or just anywhere else to get cheap furniture. Thanks!

Massage Practises
Hi there everyone,
My husband and I are moving to Hastings in June and he is hoping to start his own massage practise. Is there much of a market for that in Hastings, or are there many existing practises already? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks,
Ashley

Re: Differing opinions
Thank you both for replying! That's interesting to know that some flats aren't even advertised since they go so fast_ _ _maybe when we're there we'll get lucky and something great will be available! Helena, I love your optimistic attitude! It's good to know that someone who has lived in the "bad" ar...
