Re: Whats to do if you are divorced, early fifties and new t

Bit of a difficult one_ _ _.I'm 59 and I've been here for two years. There are a lot of activities organised, but for the most part they are attended by older ladies_ _ _.all extremely pleasant and friendly, but all much older. Re: Gospel choir

Many thanks Richard_ _ _.you've supplied a great deal of information! I'm Roman Catholic so I'm not so sure about actually joining a pentecostal church. An independent group of gospel singers is what I had in mind to join, so perhaps SHADES might be the answer. Again, many thanks.

Re: Planning to move to the area on retirement

My new flat is a couple of streets off to the side and the area looks pretty peaceful to me! I was born in Poplar you know and was brought up in Es...

Re: Areas to avoid??

Glad to hear some positive things about the place. I'm about to move to St Leonards from Italy as I wanted to get away from the high level of crime here_ _ _I've been robbed 4 times, held up at gunpoint once, attacked in my car_ _ _I'm hoping I'm about to move to a somewhat more tranquil area! It ce...
