Speaking personally I would opt for Springfield rd. Queens rd is rather noisy and not very select.
Depends what you want from where you live, if it;s nightlife you're after then Queens rd is nearer to the pubs and nightclubs_ _ _you can stagger home!
St. Leonards is slightly more refined.

It's not a bad area of St.Leonards to live in.There is a mixture of old properties and new.
