Speaking personally I would opt for Springfield rd. Queens rd is rather noisy and not very select.
Depends what you want from where you live, if it;s nightlife you're after then Queens rd is nearer to the pubs and nightclubs_ _ _you can stagger home!
St. Leonards is slightly more refined.

It's not a bad area of St.Leonards to live in.There is a mixture of old properties and new. The old Buchanan (maternity)Hospital was demolished a few years ago and new housing has been and still is being built, There's a dentist in Springfield rd! I would say it's an upcoming area. James Butcher Housing association have some very nice places at Beaufort court In Beaufort rd.St.Leonards on sea(silverhill) also at Sutherland Avenue Bexhill on sea.they offer a selection of single and double flats.My late mother had a single at Beaufort Court and friends of mine have a double at B...
