I think I may have figured it out, it's on Priory Road up on the West Hill.
At daytime, you should be able to see the junction with Croft Road and Whitefriars Road.

Hmmmm, in my personal opinion i'd avoid this area, for two reasons
One, it's not really an area full of flowery front gardens and nicley painted house, in other words it's grotty.
Two, it's full of anti social kids.
