Hope someone can help us..! We urgently need to rent a house for 6 month in Hastings while we renovate a property. Can anyone suggest a good letting agent? Getting desperate now as need somewhere from 11 July.

Seems logical to me that as you are the administrator of the site and as you rightly say the "the guy that's got us all together" you should be the one to organise the next gathering (date wise). re you up for it? Cheb - how weird - we are going to view this flat tomorrow. I agree it's in a lovely area. Do you have any other insider information I should know?

Thanks Geoff for your feedback. We are in London looking to buy in St Leonards. Love the Maze Hill area but houses don't come up there very often. Thanks again.

What's the lowdown on Filsham Road? I know it's a long road but is it a very busy road? Any information please?

Why not make this a regular event. Seems like there's lots of peeps moving to Hastings at the moment.

We are still looking to buy in St Leonards but have a large house in Hackney to sell. We have it under offer but with the headlines at the moment are expecting a vastly reduced offer. I agree that this is only a problem if you are looking for short-term profit. Our problem is finding the right house...

What's ther thinking on this area? Good or bad?
