does any one have any opinions on southwater road,
MAY be buying a house depending on the feed back i get !!!
very beautiful grand looking houses but not to sure of the area.

any opinions will be much appeciated be it good or bad.

i see there is already a moving to hastings forum page. how about if there was a street map of hastings and st leonards of good and bad roads not only for new commers to the area but also for safety ie areas to avoid a night. parks not to visit after certain time, so on. All so include good and bad ...
