4 am bin collection
Every Monday morning, the Royal Victoria Hotel has its bins emptied, between 4 and 5 am. This is flippin ridiculous. People live around the hotel. We have to work. Being woken at 4 am on a Monday when you have to work the rest of the day is not acceptable. Why is this happening? I would love to know...
