Can anyone tell me what the rental market is like in and around Hastings?

Can anyone please provide info about Clinton Cres and nearby as an area to consider moving to? Many thanks.

Lived in hastings from 1986 to 2003 , was excellent until approx 1998 when town filled up with scum , crack heads , smack heads , junkies , nonces etc , glad i moved , car crime and vandalism is popular pasttime in st leonards , i have stayed in other areas on work including moss side , reading etc ...

ill agree there i mean there is summerfields but i dont go there to far out we need 1 closer to the centre of town or something,

is jungle tumble still open, i fought it closed down, and i live in hastings lol
