Try Hong Kong Garden in Bohemia Road, St Leonards On Sea.

Since the CCTV has been in place in our road things have calmed down a lot.
We still get the odd problem but nothing like before.
Hopefully it will stay this way.

Does anyone know what this area is like?

Where I live young people now aged between 12-16 years old play anti social football in the street. They kick balls against our house wall and garden fence. There are 3 new developments happening in Chapel Park Road which might bring more anti social people to the area.

As I have lived here for a long time I have probably got used to the area.
I wouldn't encourage anyone to live in Southwater Road.

I have lived in Southwater Road (De Cham end) for 12 years. Southwater Road has improved with regards to anti social behaviour especially at night time.
