Sorry, only just spotted this thread.
Remove the printer completely from "Printers & Scanners" screen of Windows. Then start afresh using the "Add a printer" option. If you have a CD with the original driver then use that to set it up again.

This won't be by Goat Ledge if it's taken from a car (unless it's a council truck of course). Try the two car parks (opposite the RVH and right at the end by the bathing pool site).

To say it's scuzzy everywhere seems a little unfair. There are good and bad areas like any town. Try West St Leonards, Blacklands, St Helens, West Hill, Amherst etc.
