I'm looking for the nearest classes in Iyengar Yoga, a specific form that I prefer. Does anyone know of any classes?

Nearest Iyengar Yoga??
Re: Nearest Iyengar Yoga??
Hello Richard
I am also looking for an Iyengar yoga class in Hastings or St Leonards, but can't find one. Did you have any positive replies please?
Thank you
Soo

Re: Nearest Iyengar Yoga??
Hello Soo,
I have only been able to find an Iyengar Yoga teacher in Eastbourne, Felicity Goodson, and even then it isn't easy to attend her classes. Her main classes are at Bannatynes Health Club, and she can only admit one Guest at a time. Classes during the day are very busy - about 18 people - but Monday evening classes are less busy. You would have to pay GBP12 in the evenings, as a Guest, and have Felicity present to sign you in. She does have a private class but it is now full (sorry, I nabbed the last place).
I'm a bit wary of giving her contact details here but they are on the Iyengar Yoga Association's website - use Search for Teacher.
Good luck,
Richard
