womens or mixed boxing/bootcamp in the area??

I haven't found anything online. By boxing I mean with gloves and pads (possibly bags too), not sparring_ _ _but properly training. I'm not sure my hips can handle kickboxing at my age though!

Coming from London and I'm a bit of a bootcamp junky now (outside is best!).
