ABS BLAST - new fitness class @ Zeus Gym

New Fitness Class started this week at Zeus gym. A 45min blitz. A range of exercises strengthening and toning your Torso and ultimately boosting your Core strength. Mondays: 17:15 - 18:00, Wednesdays: 18:15 - 19:00. GBP3 per session.
