Where do locals go to learn the latest dance styles?
American 'Line Dancing' is perhaps out of favour and not relevant, also not something you can learn or perform alone.
Young people don't want to learn old-fashioned dance moves, they probably prefer stuff that doesn't even need a partner or at least is easier to pick up.?

Korean pop star Psy invented 'Gangnam style' to mock the pretensions
of Seoul's wealthy citizens. Since then, thanks to 700m YouTube hits,
David Cameron, Barack Obama and Ban Ki-moon have learned the moves.
