Offered a place at Elphinstone school what is it like?

Hi

We have just moved to the area and have been offered a place at Elphinstone school in reception year. This was not one of our preferences and we are concerned about what the school is like. Can anyone with children at the school or current info about the school offer their views on it. Our first choice was Blacklands but they are full.
