Has anyone seen the fireworks from an elevated vantage point?
I imagine it would look good from East Hill, at the top where the funicular goes.
Makes a change to see it from a different perspective as the crowds on the ground are fairly stiff these days!!

Impressive pictures Geoff, thank you. looks like location is not too important after all.
I guess an SLR would be needed.
I may climb up to White Rock Gardens for an interesting panoramic view.
must try to look at the photo gallery more

What a night, really enjoyed the parade, fireworks and the bonfire, well done to all those involved.

The Effigy of Seagulls (dressed as convicts) this year were intended to be controversial.
