residents discount card

hi, when I first moved here approx. 7 years ago, you could get a residents discount card for the attractions free of charge. I have just looked and can only see 1 that is charged at £8....is the free card still available from the council?...thanks chris

The Hastings Card offers you money off at lots of places throughout the town for a £10 a year subscription. There's not anything "free" as such but plenty of discounts to be had which will easily pay for itself.
