Free Men's Mental Health Walks

Hi everyone

The charity Men Walk Talk has reached Hastings.

Supporting mens mental health theybprovide walks lead by a volunteer aimed to get men talking to one another about whatever is on their mind.

Currently taking place in Alexandra Park 9.30am on Tuesdays the walks are 100% FREE.

Meeting point is outside of the cafe and walks currently last around 45 minutes to an hour.
