Beware Steve Abbotts Flooring!

Employed him last month to lay laminate flooring. He brought his son with him and they made a right mess of the trimming and filling around the edges. I paid him 2/3 of the fee, the rest to be paid a week later when he'd come back to finish off and re-do the edges to my satisfaction. However, when he returned, he refused to put anything right, his son then told me to eff off, and they stormed out, giving me the finger and slamming the door.

I reported him to Trading Standards.
