Very poor service from local property management company.

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the very poor service that I always seem to receive from Questus Property Management Ltd, a local Hastings company.
On so many occasions over the last few years I,ve been let down by Questus, wonder what I,ve done wrong ! My rented St.Leonards flat, lived here for 12years, has required various maintenance over the last few years but getting the work done has always been a problem. So many times have I been promised that the work would be done, but nobody has turned up as arranged, or the job has been started and not finished until I have complained about it. Even to receive a call explaining delays would be nice, but nobody bothers, always have to upset people by complaining.
I will be even less popular writing this, especially as work to remove fungus on my living room wall has now begun, hopefully work will now be completed more quickly.
