Poor service from A1 Locksmiths

Thank you A1 Locksmiths for compromising the security of the St.Leonards block of flats, where I reside, for the Christmas holiday
period.

Thank you for calling and distributing the keys for the main entrance door on Friday 20th.December and promising that you would return to fit the new lock on Monday 23rd, especially as I had mentioned that some residents would be away for the Christmas period and needed the assurance that the main door would be locked
while they were away.

And fair enough not attending as promised on the Monday, we all know how bad the weather was then, but not to come and finish the job on Tuesday Christmas Eve is unacceptable, a very poor advert for your Company.

Your office/works are less than 1 mile from these flats, but you still could not be bothered to notify us of your non-attendance,our door remains unlocked, an open invitatation for burglars as we have experienced before.

A1 ? Certainly not for service anyway ! Be warned. Davken.
