Hi all,
Just wondering if anyone here had any experience running a small independent business from a commercial premises in Hastings? If so, what's the business like and which streets get the highest footfall? And for any locals reading, is there any sort of business you feel you want to see more of in Hastings or doesn't yet exist? Any feedback welcome! Thanks!

Re: Running a Small Business / Foot Fall in Hastings
Great to see local business interest in Hastings! While I’m not based there personally, I run a business brokerage firm and often work with small business owners across the UK. Based on what I’ve seen, areas around Priory Meadow and George Street tend to have higher footfall due to shopping and tourism.
As for what’s missing—unique cafés, local artisan shops, or co-working spaces are often in demand in towns like Hastings.
