Hi

Hope you got you phone sockets etc fixed.

For the past few days we have had connection problems with the phones but broadband was OK - looking through the local directories we found a company called 'Smart Aerials' from Eastbourne who quoted us a fixed price of GBP40 plus parts to fix it.
They arrived at the stipulated time, checked things over and pointed out what they thought was wrong, attempted to put it right, but didn't work, so did a rethink and came up with a workable solution.
As it was a case of just rewiring the sockets, no other parts were used so the bill was just the GBP40 quoted.
The repairman was smartly dressed and very polite explaining everything he proposed to do or did. All in All a pleasant experience.
www.smartaerials.co.uk is their website
