As far as I am aware one of the neighbours first employed Paul Cox to do the decorating on the outside of one the buildings (where your scaffolding is situated) and another neighbour then saw his work, liked it, and asked him to do the same for him too.
I will probably ask the Paul Cox to do mine also because he works extremely hard, is competent and will tackle anything.
So it now appears the 3 neighbours were caught up in a 'spat' between Lee Burgon, Paul Cox and the other scaffolder.
It's worse than a live part in "EastEnders" !!
