Sent this e mail to this company and got a reply saying the company had dismissed the employee in question,moral is it pays to complain.



Dear Sir,
I would like to raise with you a complaint regarding your customer service or lack of this morning 13/010/2013 at approx 01.30 hrs.
I and my partner went to your office to book a taxi to take us home to Silverhill,I asked how long this would be and was told by the male sitting behind the counter what did you say in a very off hand manner,and was then told it would be approx 10 mins for the taxi.
At this point there was 2 people waiting and we thought we wouldnt have to wait long,meanwhile a steady stream of customers arrived after us and was given taxis home,all the while me and my partner was still waiting outside on a cold and chilly night.
So then my partner went back into the office and asked how long this would be before we got a taxi? we was then told 10 to 15 mins,I dont know why people who came well after us got taxis and we did not,can you explain?Suffice to say the service was appalling and so was how we was spoken to,we wont be using your company again


Here is he reply

Dear Roy.
Sorry for the bad experience you have received by my company, you should not have been treated in such a manor.
I have been having problems finding operators that can deal with the cliental that frequent my office on Friday and
Saturday nights. As you see I have to enclose my staff behind bars and have CCTV for there protection.
Due not just to your complaint I have dismissed that operator who clearly could not deal the situation.
I would like to accept my apologies for his attitude towards you and you wife.

Roy - I have had good results every time with the 247 247 Taxi company.
I always receive reliable service from them, they have never let me down and they phone ahead of arrival to indicate they are about to turn up.
Nothing worse than being messed about when you need a taxi on time and as agreed.
There are some good companies out there.
