Multi-skilled builder required

Hi,

I have just bought a flat in Marine court St Leonard's.
The flat is in need of complete refurbishment including new kitchen, bathroom, plastering and some electrical work.
Can anyone recommend a reasonably priced and reliable local builder who would be able to take on and complete this work asap.
