Hi All

Would anyone know who owns the land to the rear of Milward Crescent? I'm buying a house here and have seen that there have been quite a few applications made for quantities of flats (to the rear and all large schemes). Most lodged by DR and Mr Curzon of St Leonards, whom I assume are the owners but can not find any info about them or the land.

Any help or information would be most appreciated.

Mr Curzon might be Mr Pavel Curzon who was or is the freeholder of :
26 warrior square TN37 5BS.

There seems to have been some appeal cases in the past
Curzon v Hobbs & Ors
Curzon v Wolstrenholme & Ors
