Local handy person to lay hardboard in loft asap

This is a small job for a carpenter or handy person. My friend needs hardboard laid in his loft. Roughly around 8ft by 8ft. He is in a flat on the 3rd floor I think, in St. Leonard's. It needs doing in the next week or so maximum. Please let me know if you can recommend someone. THANK YOU SO MUCH.
