It was the Harman thing which brought it to my attention: I see that it hasn't been around for 3 decades, but if it was I'd use its membership register to ensure that not one of them would violate another child ever again - and it wouldn't involve the judiciary nor the penal system! And yet it was a recognised body for 10 years?? As they say - you couldn't make it up!
