And on Today this morning it was predicted to be 'an unprecedented fine', so we're talking big bucks here. So who's going to pay this fine - those directly guilty of gross neglect and abject incompetence, or the poor bloody UK taxpayer who had nothing to do with the fiasco? No prizes for guessing the answer to that!!
