I don't eat sausage anything because you don't know what is in it.
I would like to make or try smoked haddock scotch eggs, swapping sausage meat for white fish.
With a lemon mayonnaise.
Black pudding and haggis - I really couldn't bring myself to even try them.
The old eel pie and mash (with liquor) shops, I would not have been a customer.
