plumber
Re: plumber
Hi Peanuts,
Usually, if you are having a bew bathroom installed, the installer will know reliable plumbers who they prefer to work with.
If you just try to add a plumber to an installer you may get friction if they do not know, or trust each other well.
Plus if you get the installer to also arrange the plumbing side of things, he knows he will not get paid until the work is done, meaning the installer won't let the plumber go off somewhere else and leave the job hanging.

Re: plumber
Thanks for reply Richard. I thought a plumber would be the installer, i dont understand
the difference between installer and a plumber, do you mean builders?

Re: plumber
You are right, peanuts!
A basic bathroom only needs toilet, shower/bath and sink plumbing in, once you have decided on the layout and depending if any building jobs need doing.
I was thinking more of a bathroom with cupbords and sink surrounds.
So, who is a good plumber, you ask...
Just go to your nearest plumbing shop where all the plumbers go to buy stock and ask at the counter, they are usually fairly reliable.
There is one called 'Clipvalve' off Queens road opposite Morissons.
Even a good decorators shop like Leyland SDM in the old town will suggest a few.
Failing that give Jon Herbert a call on 07968 061930
He will know people who can do the job if it involves anything he can't tackle.
