Solicitor

Postby cam_ng » Wed Nov 18, 2009 3:32 pm

Hi there everyone!

I'm having some trouble with a greedy landlord of my little leasehold flat. I'd really appreciate some good (local) legal advice. Can any one recommend some good solicitors who won't charge an arm and a leg?!

Thanks!

Cam :)

P.S. sorry for cross-posting. I left this message in the "traders" forum too because I didn't know which was the appropriate place to ask.

Try Holden and Co. in Robertson Street, not far from the Library or Town Centre..

If you are a long leaseholder in dispute with your freeholder then you may wish to contact the Leasehold Advisory service (put LEASE) in a computer search. and or contact the Local Authority housing department as they have a responsibility under the Landlord and Tenant Acts in relation to some matters of accounting and charges for services.

Hi Patvick,

I wonder, could you say a little more about why you recomment Holden and Co?

I'd be very grateful for your advice!

Hi

I would recommend Gaby Hardwicke in Hastings town center.
