Room to let or House Share in Hastings

I am asking on behalf of a work colleague.

He is early 20's and working - he is looking to move from Bexhill to Hastings but obviously money is an issue and a flat by himself is proving to be quite expensive - hence the Room to let idea.

I would like to try to help him find somewhere but I have no personal details about him so would be unable to answer on here BUT if anyone does know of anywhere to let could you please let me know so that I can pass on the info to him.
