Dog sitter advice

Hi there,
We are new to the area and looking for someone to sit our small dog one evening per week.
She is afraid of other dogs at the moment, after an attack, but we are working on that! So we cannot use many dog services as she needs to be on her own. We'd be happy for someone to come to us if that is easier and to pay the going rate.
Anyone interested or have suggestions please? We'd prefer someone with experience and references..
