Can anyone tell me the 'good' and 'to be avoided at all costs!' areas in Hastings to buy a property that is relatively quiet but with easy access to local amenities i.e. shopping, bus route, park, beach etc.

The areas near to Alexandra Park, Harrow Lane Area, the Ridge, Hastings Old Town, they're good. Avoid all other areas. :w00t:
