ELECTRIC SHOWER ADVICE

Postby sandy » Fri Sep 14, 2007 2:47 pm

I will be moving into a flat that has not been occupied for nearly a year.
So the electric shower has not been used for that length of time.
I understand that dangerous bacteria can collect in shower head
and hose. Can someone give me advice about this. Is it okay to just
run the shower for maybe 10 minutes, or would I need a plumber to
clean it out and make it safe?

why dont u just replace the hose and head as they are cheap as chips_ _ _.

or try 'freecycle' which is massive in hastings..you may be able to get a free one that is new as long as you can collect_ _ _also reducing landfill

right on ,
