Re-developmnet of White Rock Fountain area

Plans to rejuvenate the promenade at White Rock.
It covers the promenade area from 'The Source' BMX Park (the old swimming baths) to the Pier:

Not sure about the tall shining masts spraying a fine mist of water!
It's free 'coastal currents grant' money so the council will be pleased with themselves for securing a share.
