My grand parents lived at 136 All Saints Street, later tackelway and finally 7 Starrs Cotts. Any family out there

Interesting name, Figg, could be German, or of Viking origin meaning 'war' or Old French meaning an 'iron-point' as used by a planter or someone who used a pointed weapon..My choice is Viking because the name Hastings derives from Denmark..

Mrs M.E.George listed at number 7 Starr's Cottages in the year 1953..
If she was born in 1861 then she must have been in her 90's by then..

Alfred and Mary were my grandparents ....i grew up off All Saints St. etc.
please contact .. my mother Winifred b.1915 one of the sisters of Lily.
