Palmers Fish and Chips shop Middle street

Does anyone have any info regarding the fish and chip shop in Middle Street that was owned by my grandfather William Palmer before and during the war ?. I don't even know the number so cannot locate it today. During the war he lived at 9 Pinders Road. He died in 1950 aged 74.
