well, not exactly boil but the Post Office idiots who dreamt up the idea of charging for an envelope that won't fit through a slit because it is too fat or too wide !!

I mean to say - are we all expected to sit around doing this stuff at home to get the postage right or do we 'chance it' and then the recipient gets the surcharge of a hefty fee for the sender using 'guesswork'

Is this a deliberate ploy on the behalf of the P.O. to catch us out and trick people into having to pay more money at the other end?

It all adds up to making me less inclined to use the postal service as it is too irritating and I can't see why they did not just increase the prices (across the board) in the first place

No one likes having to queue up at the P.O. anyway so why all this bal*s and nonesense ??
