From now there will be control from 'The Fatherland' to the countries that haf been ze naughty boys and behaved recklessly !!
"We haf now found some new ways of controlling ze spending of your money by your governments_ _ _."
We will monitor and enforce your taxation, public spending budgets and anti inflation measures very strictly with many punishments

_ _ _.and thus the less competitive ("Club Med") countries will have even more draconian enforced policies (by being tied to the Bundesbank, just like we were in Britain until Norman Lamont took us out of the ERM in 1992)

What does this rigid control mean for weaker countries?
Probably its condemning them to long term unemployment and unrest for the forseeable future !!
