Bottle Alley

Postby nosferatu » Thu Jan 23, 2014 5:02 pm

Anybody seen the state of Bottle Alley lately? Walked through there yesterday and was flabbergasted at the condition of the roof and walls. The concrete is spalling so badly. There looks to have been chunks of it fallen from the ceiling. I'm surprised the council haven't closed it off as being dangerous. Wait 'til a lump falls on somebody's head, then they'll take notice_ _ _.after a massive compensation claim.

Not even then, because THEY won't have to pay it, the poor bloody council tax payer will. >:(
