Worse than dogs:

Random ant-social behaviour from those local kids who throw things from a passing car at pedestrians.
At least with dogs (or seagulls) this is all natural but the kids need to watch out if I catch them next time!!
Only in Hastings have I seen kids do this sort of thing, they look out for a well-dressed person and throw something that is calculated to damage their clothes, and cause inconvenience, (at least the shoes came clean!!).

There is a 'Drug-Centre' for junkies above shops near Oxfam, and frequent on-street raucous gatherings in the vicinity of 'Sports Direct' and 'McDonalds', along Wellington Place.
Grubby low-life folk screaming and drunk, or drugged-up to the eyeballs, behaving like cavemen. A couple of Jamaican loud-mouths with ego's the size of Battleships, screaming abuse the other day as if they were 'cock-of-the-walk'.
This is disgusting to witness and brings the area into a no-go thoroughfare for decent people.

The situation has deteriorated markedly, and this is the centre of town, we need clean streets, decent behaviour, move these people on, what is the matter with the Police, we rarely see them now...
As for the our tourists, don't they matter? What is the reason for ignoring this sort of behaviour? It surely gives our town a bad reputation?
